This pilot learning programme is offered by Siyawela-Ready to Succeed in partnership with Ethical Trade Norway and Norad (Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation).  This programme has been specially designed to meet your needs as factory workers in the wool and mohair industries.

Siyawela is offering this online platform as an alternative to onsite workshops during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before we start learning new knowledge about our work, it is important to learn something about ourselves too. In this video, Siyawela’s Director of Client Relations, Kathy Balshaw, gives a message on how to cope in uncertain times.  Kathy reminds us that it is important to pause to reflect and to think about how we are feeling.  She provides us with a few words, all starting with a “P”, that can help us through:  Personal, Pattern, Purpose, Sense of Person & Professional
