Before we start learning new knowledge about our work, it is important to learn something about ourselves too. In this video, Siyawela’s Director of Client Relations, Kathy Balshaw, gives a message about the pillars of well-being. This model of wellbeing is known as PERMA and it was explained by Martin Seligman in his 2014 book “Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being”.
